Great day Saturday, to kick off an absolutely awesome weekend. Started off the morning at Clara’s soccer game. Here she is getting ready to defend against a goal kick. It was a great match – she scored her first goal of the season, in front of a huge crowd of her fans: her mom & sister, of course, Addie, Lee, June, Mason, the Wilders, Aunt Sherri and me. Fun times.
Afterwards we headed to church to eat lunch at our annual turkey dinner – everyone except JT & Jenny and their family – and then Mason & I headed to Rock Hill to Boo’s, where we met up with them and then hit the road for Greg and Tabitha’s. Mason made it maybe – MAYBE – ten miles down the road before he completely crashed. Addie said he was so excited about our weekend that he’d gotten up at 4:30 that morning, so I’m not surprised he didn’t make it any further before he fell asleep. Great kick off to our weekend.
