Pilot Mountain

Saturday Addie, June, Lindee, Mallory, Meg & I loaded up in Addie’s van and headed to Pilot View Winery for a bridal shower for Olivia. This is the only picture I took the entire day. We thought the site was very aptly named, though. Wow.

Azaleas

This is my momma’s very favorite bush in the world – the big beautiful azalea at the corner of her house. It was at its absolute peak this week when I was there.

Wednesday Pix

Our azaleas are really starting to bloom out so pretty.

That night while I was in Rock Hill to put Gran to bed, we were so happy and surprised when our old friend Red came by for a visit. So much fun. Gran has had his sister Mandy’s Bible we think since she and Boo were in a Bible study together when they were in school, so we passed it on to Red to deliver to Mandy – and Gran wanted it to be in the picture with them 🙂

Anne Springs Close Greenway

Tuesday, for our spring break outing, Clara, Adam, Mason, & I headed over to Fort Mill, to spend some time outside enjoying the beautiful day. There was some talk about wading in the creek, but no one had any dry shoes and/or clothes, so they decided against it.

I took a break on the bench while they got some frisbee action going with a disk they found there on the ground.

Lake Norman State Park

Today I met Amy at this park about half way in between our houses, to spend a few hours hiking and picnicking. My phone takes terrible pictures, but it was such a beautiful day to be outside.

Easter Sunday

Now that my camera is broken, I am having to rely on my phone, which takes terrible pictures. And on Easter Sunday, I took exactly two pictures before it stopped working. Sigh. So the ones I got were both of the Yarbroughs. Thankful to have those, anyway.

Last day of being 15

I happened to be at Lindee & Jackson’s house on March 29 & was able to get this picture of Mallory the day before her birthday. She was on her way to the golf course.

Early morning walk

I am so sad that my camera is broken, but am still thankful that I have my phone for making pictures – even though they don’t turn out nearly as good. This morning I got up and was out for my walk as the sun was coming up. You surely can’t tell it in this picture, but it was lovely.

Olde Providence Park

Thursday Meg and I were in Charlotte running a few errands, and stopped off to get in a walk at a new-to-us park. It was a beautiful spot, and a beautiful day to be out. Here are a couple of pictures.
