Last week my friend Sherry Adams and I went to the Charlotte Museum of History to check out the exhibit celebrating 35 years of the Charlotte Hornets NBA team. It was so much fun – both seeing the exhibit and spending the day together. Here are a couple of pictures of the many different exhibits.

Last month our Forever Young group from church went on their annual trip to the beach. This year we took a creek tour at Brookgreen Gardens, which was so interesting, and then went to check out the small zoo there. This old goat was the sweetest thing.
