Last week Clara & I decided to go do a little bit of hiking and get some breakfast afterwards. When I got to their house to pick her up I found out her dad had taken her to get her permit, so she drove me down their road on our way. She really did a good job. Proud of this girl.
We hiked at Crowders Mountain – just around the Lake Trail – for maybe and hour, and then headed to check out a new-to-us restaurant, The Groovy Beast, in Gastonia. Food was delicious & I liked this collage on one of the walls. Pigs were all around the restaurant – apparently that is the groovy beast 🙂
