We had big plans Thursday afternoon. Mal was getting ready for her recital, so I took Clara, June, and Mason to the Lake Wylie Library, where someone from Edventure, the children’s museum in Columbia, was supposed to be coming to do a STEM program. Alas, when we got there – along with 30 other 6,7, & 8 year olds, and their parents – the presenter never showed up. Addie came by & picked June and Mason up on her way home – we were going to be cutting it close time wise with them anyway, because June had softball pictures that evening – and Clara fell dead asleep in the car on the way home. How in the world can they sleep like that? I mean she was sleeping so hard it took me a while to wake her up when we got home :-). That sweet girl.
