Mallory’s Third Grade Awards Program

I am one proud Big Mama today.  I do hate to brag – well, not really :-).  Yesterday, at her Awards’ Program, Mallory won many, many awards, among them the Top Language Arts Student, Top Social Studies Student, and Top Math Student for her class.  I will have to make a list of all the certificates she received, but I think at the end of the day she ended up with 12.  Some were participation awards – Science Club, Girls’ Fitness Club, Girl Talk,  and some we already knew about – Million Word Reader, District Art Show Award, All A’s, but it was a special day for this Big Mama, anyway.

I was too excited every time her name was called that I never got a good picture at all of her receiving an award - pretty much every one was of her leaving the stage :-)

After the program, with her proud Mama.  It was a special day, for sure.get-attachment

Chelsea’s Graduation Party

Sunday afternoon we headed out to celebrate Jackson’s niece Chelsea’s high school graduation.  It was an absolutely gorgeous day to be outside with friends and family.  Congrats, Chels – we’re proud!

Breakfast with Leesy

Saturday morning the Woodland UMC had a breakfast fund raiser at Applebee’s in Rock Hill.  Lindee and the girls & I headed over for our sausage and pancakes.  Elise was an excellent server 🙂

Mallory thought whatever we were saying right then was hilarious :-)
