Things are still pretty up in the air at church, so rather than have a typical Christmas pageant, we just made it a one-evening event.  The nativity story was divided into three sections &#8211; Mary &amp; Joseph coming to Bethlehem, the shepherds, and the wisemen.  During each segment every child could dress as any of the characters &#8211; we had two Mary&#8217;s and two Josephs at one time &#8211; and the kids just read that portion of the scripture off of cards.
