Wednesday four of the six grands came to spend the afternoon while they were out of school on spring break, and we made peach cobbler. This was a new recipe we were trying, and it called for lemon juice. It even specified using FRESH lemon juice. That worked out well, because juicing the lemons is always such a fun activity.
