Two weeks from yesterday is children’s Sunday at church, so yesterday we got all of the kids’ classes together to learn a new song to sing.  They were so cute.  It was Labor Day weekend, so we didn’t have just a ton of kids, but they were an enthusiastic crew :-).

What a good day Saturday was.  Andy and Amy were in town for the day from Richmond; Sherri was up from Augusta.  After I spent the day visiting with them all day at Momma’s – along with Lindee & her girls, Meg and Hope, and Elise – I stopped at Andrew & Jenny’s to drop off Adam’s birthday present.  It’s a monogrammed Pokémon shirt.  He seemed to really like it, & put it right on.  Such a cutie.

Tonight was the Title I Celebration night at Clara’s school (I almost wrote Mallory and Clara’s school – but no longer :-/), and I took the girls and met Lindee there.  She had gone early to get the Selfie Station set up, but alas, it started absolutely pouring down rain, so we had to move everything inside – including Lindee making her speech as president of the PTO.

When everything moved inside due to the storm, we ended up just having to hold the frames for the selfies – but it was still so cute. Here is Clara striking a pose. So, so cute…

Wednesday afternoon when the kids got here after school, right off they helped me get supper going in the crockpot – before we even had a snack.  They are such good helpers – and a little bit silly 🙂
